for manufacturing all major Gears and transmission Shafts. Components manufactured
in-house include Spur & Helical Gears, Synchronizers, Drive shafts and other splined
and Stepped transmission shafts besides Gear Box casing and covers.
Infrastructure for design and proving of jigs & fixture through
well-equipped Tool-Room, Eco-Friendly modern Heat Treatment, and a self sustained
Metrology Laboratory support business needs and match customers expectations. The
company has the capability to bring together world-class products & services with
creative and innovative support, based on extensive process engineering expertise.
HVTL has proven skills for manufacturing of Gear-boxes from component
level to assembly and testing under load.
